The team's Service Designers did a meticulous research work, together with the client they raised the archetypes and the Journey maps on which we later began the ideation and design processes.
Other Considerations
This was my first project at the agency, where in addition to being a Senior UI Designer, I helped optimize processes and train the design team in cutting-edge tools and new ways of working. I was then promoted to lead the UI designers team.
Challenge
The process presented several challenges due to the complexity of the migration process from various point systems into a single large national system. The User Flows were sometimes very complex and the process had constant design changes and iterations.
This particular project forced us to improve our internal work processes, adapting them to dynamics that would allow us to respond promptly and with quality to constant changes, incorporating the latest design technologies and adapting to the agile methodologies that were required to work with the different development teams.
